Hillary Clinton Receives Warm Reception in New Hampshire

New York Sen. Hillary Clinton brought 1,000 New Hampshire Democrats to their feet last night with a promise to the middle class, single mothers and returning troops that they will not be "invisible" with her as President.

The former first lady keynoted the state Democratic Party's "100 Club" fund-raiser at the Sheraton. Party leaders, donors and activists, still reveling in the successes enjoyed in the November 2006 election, produced one of the largest turnouts ever for the annual dinner and raised an estimated $200,000 for the state's new majority party.
